It belongs to group of half-double saucer. Tree is medium size with round top with claret-green, thin or medium thin shoots. It blossoms very early and very abundant in the second half of March during 20 days. Flowers are rosaflorae with pleasant fragrance, half-double (15-22 petals), medium size (37-40 mm in diameter), saucer like form. Flower buds are light-purple-pink, young flowers are pale lilac, old flowers are more light with lilac-purple stamens and petal's nails. It is resistant to mildew and leaf's curl. On South Coast of the Crimea it is winter-resistant. In other zones it is recommended to be planted in places closed from frosts.
